CORE Defined:

A smart website with the marketing built in.

The CORE Service in full: what is included, what each package adds, what it costs, and what happens if you leave. Nothing held back for the conversation.

The Three Parts

CORE is a closed-loop marketing engine: it turns the work you complete into the marketing that books the next of it. Built for small businesses, often family owned and operated. It combines three parts.

Your CORE website

Purpose-built for your business, and designed to start small and grow month by month rather than arriving finished and then going stale. Strategically growing and evolving.

Managed marketing service

Mediaryte's hands-on strategy, optimization, and execution. One team running it, not four vendors handing work between them. SEO/AEO, ad campaign management, project publishing, and more.

Marketing intelligence platform

Pulls from everywhere your marketing actually runs: the ad platforms, search and analytics, your business profiles and reviews, the project work you document, and the leads your forms bring in. We compile that data to adjust strategy month after month, and a plain-language summary of what happened lands in your client dashboard.

What Starts Working

CORE starts working on your marketing right away, and it is more than a website. From the first weeks we define your customer targets, optimize your Google Business Profile, Facebook, and the other platforms you use, and begin widening your footprint in your market. The work compounds month by month rather than arriving finished and going stale.

Months 1 to 3

We define your targets, launch your foundation pages, and optimize your Google Business Profile and social platforms, alongside your first 5 to 8 projects.

Months 4 to 6

Service-area pages and local search widen your footprint in the market, with 8 to 12 more projects as the work comes in.

Months 7 to 12

Content depth builds authority and the loop compounds, with 15 to 20 or more projects feeding it.

Months 13 and beyond

The platform keeps gaining features, and we analyze and retune your existing pages against your targets to lift conversions well past year one.

Built For Your Industry

CORE is built around who you are trying to reach. We work with you to define your customer targets, then shape the site's messaging and content to match them, so the right visitor sees their own needs and interests on the page and knows it is speaking to them. Example industries are detailed here. If yours is different, the fit is a short conversation, not an assumption.

The completed job is the asset. A roof replaced three streets over, a panel upgraded, a driveway poured: CORE captures that finished work with photos, location, and service type, then turns it into the service-area pages and social proof that book the next job nearby. Your service pages map to your Google Business Profile services, and the on-site greeting is phone-first and local by default.

Examples

A finished piece is two things at once: proof you can build it, and often a specific item a buyer can have. CORE documents both the pieces you complete and the product lines you make, so the work carries the "we built this, and we can build yours" argument. Multi-value tagging lets one piece sit under several categories, the way a real catalog works.

Examples

The completed repair and the trust it earns are the proof. Brakes, diagnostics, a rebuild done right the first time: CORE turns finished work and the reviews that follow into local search presence, and tunes the message to the jobs you want more of and the neighborhoods you pull from.

Examples

Your inventory is the content. New arrivals, featured lines, the pieces worth a trip: CORE keeps them in front of the right local shoppers across search, your profile, and social, and matches the message to what each kind of customer walks in looking for.

Examples

An event lives or dies by the weeks before it. CORE gives a race or series the site to carry the schedule, the course detail, and a registration path that turns interest into entries, then keeps results, photos, and sponsors organized season after season. The same local and social presence that fills a start line builds the brand between events.

Your Website

The website is part of CORE, not a separate project you pay for up front. It comes as a complete system: the parts below are standard, and the structure is built to grow as you add work.

  • Home page with hero, positioning, and lead capture
  • Services overview
  • About page: your story, team, and experience
  • Contact and lead form page
  • Google Business Profile integration
  • Project post type carrying location, photos, service type, and results
  • Auto-syncing from Google Sheets: you document, we publish
  • Photo processing for orientation, quality filtering, duplicate detection, and metadata accuracy
  • Written project descriptions
  • Before and after galleries
  • Service-area tagging
  • Multi-value service tagging, so one project can carry several service categories
  • Location-specific pages for the cities and areas you serve
  • Local search optimization and service-plus-location copy
  • Review aggregation
  • Location-aware calls to action: a visitor arriving from your Google Business Profile is greeted by city, not generic copy
  • Blog publishing
  • An evergreen content library
  • Internal linking strategy
  • Search optimization built in
  • An automated internal-link audit that finds orphaned pages and surfaces them to be connected
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Performance optimization
  • Schema markup, meta tags, sitemaps, and service schema on portfolio items
  • Ongoing WCAG accessibility remediation, documented per release
  • A configurable 404 page in your brand voice
  • Menu hygiene: hiding links to draft, scheduled, and private pages from visitors
  • Search-index hygiene: keeping thin taxonomy archives out of results
  • Lead form integration, Google Business Profile sync, review aggregation, and social media integration
  • A bundled Privacy Policy Manager that tracks the integrations your site actually uses

Service Matching

Service pages mapped to profile services

Each service page on your site is mapped to the matching service in your Google Business Profile. One page can cover several profile services, because that is how small businesses actually sell.

Gaps found in both directions

Services listed on your profile with no page on your site, and pages on your site your profile never mentions. Both get reported, because both are searches that end in nothing.

Renames survive

When a service gets renamed in your profile, the old identifier resolves to the new one. The mapping holds instead of quietly detaching and leaving the page orphaned.

Detail per service

Every mapped service carries its own description and pricing rather than one blanket entry copied across all of them.

Daily change detection

Your profile is checked every day against the day before. Categories, hours, phone, website and service area are all watched. Edits someone made in the Google dashboard, and changes Google applied on its own, land in a log you can see.

Review Sync

Your reviews are an asset CORE both builds and puts to work: gathered from your customers, kept in sync across the platforms, and shown next to the work they describe.

Customer Review System

Customers choose how to share a review: publicly on the platforms you pick, as a testimonial, or as private feedback to you.

Full history, not the recent handful

Your entire review history syncs to your site, not the few a standard widget returns.

Google and Facebook together

Reviews from Google and Facebook both flow in and land in one place on your site.

Ratings that match the Knowledge Panel

The star rating on your site is the same number a customer sees in search results, so nothing contradicts itself.

No duplicates when Google migrates

Google changes review formats over time. Reconciliation across those formats means a migration does not turn one review into two.

Attached to the right location

On a multi-location business, a review attaches to the location it was actually left for.

Photos of the work on the review

Project photos attach to the review they belong to, captioned and schema-enriched, so the proof and the praise sit together.

Smart Visitor Greeting

The call-to-action modal recognizes how a visitor arrived and greets them accordingly. Every title and phrase is tunable per site in Website Settings. Defaults are locally framed and phone-first.

Google Business Profile

Arrivals from your Google Business Profile get a phone-first greeting keyed to their city, not generic copy.

Google, Bing, or Yahoo organic

Each search engine gets its own greeting, matched to how its visitors tend to arrive and what they searched.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest arrivals are recognized as social referrals and greeted to match the platform.

Paid advertising

Google, Meta, and Microsoft ad clicks are recognized by click ID and greeted as the paid arrivals they are.

Direct and returning visitors

Direct and returning visitors get a greeting that fits where they already are in getting to know you.

Unrecognized sources

Anything the system cannot place falls back to a friendly, neutral greeting, never a dead end.

Multiple Locations

For clients with more than one physical location, each with its own Google Business Profile. Included at no extra charge. Single-location clients see no interface change: these activate only when a site is configured for multiple locations.

Per-location metrics

Daily activity, phone calls, direction requests, and website clicks tracked separately for each location.

Per-location review sync

Google reviews attach to the location they were left for.

Per-location dashboards

Click through to any single location, or see the roll-up across all of them.

Per-location structured data

Search engines understand each location as its own business with its own reviews and ratings.

Primary and branch treatment

A headquarters plus a storefront is structured so search engines associate branch pages with the parent Knowledge Panel.

Getting Started

What happens once you say yes.

1 Information gathering

You get the project information gathering guide, and Mediaryte prepares the documentation spreadsheet your completed work will flow through.

2 Kickoff meeting

We meet to begin acquiring profile access, and to either set up new accounts or connect to the ones you already have.

3 Build begins

Foundation pages go live first and the site starts expanding on the monthly schedule described above, rather than waiting for a finished build.
